Thai Pan Fried Fish By Chef Zakir.

  •  Ingredients
    Garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Fish sliced ½ kg
    Coriander leaves ½ bunch
    Basil chopped ¼ bunch
    Lemon skin 1 tsp
    Garlic 3 – 4 cloves
    Fish sauce 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Chili sauce 1 tbsp
    Fresh red chilies chopped 2
    Salt to taste
    Charcoal as required
  • Method
    • In chopper put together ½ bunch of coriander leaves, ¼ bunch of basil leaves, 1 tsp lemon skin, 3 – 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chili sauce and 2 tbsp oil. Chopperize finely.
    • Remove mixture in a bowl.
    • Marinate ½ kg fish slices with 2 chopped fresh red chilies, 1 tbsp garlic paste, salt to taste and lemon juice. Also add in chopperized mixture and mix very well.
    • Now Bar BQ fish pieces or shallow fry till golden brown.
    • Remove in a serving dish and serve hot with chutney.
