Spicy Party Fish By Chef Zakir.

  • Ingredients
    Potatoes boiled 2
    Fish fillet 300 gm
    Spring onion 2
    Fresh red chilies chopped 2 – 3
    Garlic chopped 2 – 3 cloves
    Onion 1
    Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Egg 2
    Bread crumbs 1 cup
    Flour ½ cup
    Oil ¼ cup
    Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Method
    • In chopper put together 2 boiled potatoes, 300 gm fish fillets, 2 – 3 cloves of chopped garlic, 2 spring onions, 2 – 3 fresh red chilies and 1 onion. Process until smooth mixture is formed.
    • Remove mixture in a bowl, add 1 tsp crushed cumin, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, ½ tsp turmeric, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves and salt to taste.
    • Now make small patties with the mixture, coat each patty with dry flour. Then dip in beaten egg.
    • Lastly coat with bread crumbs and shallow fry until golden brown.
    • Remove from oil and serve with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
