Chicken Pizza Roll By Chef Zakir.

  • Chicken Pizza Roll.
  • Ingredients for Dough
    Plain flour ½ kg
    Yeast 20 gm
    White butter 20 gm
    Salt 20 gm
    Sugar 15 gm
    Water as requirement 
  • Ingredients for Sauce & Chicken
    Chicken breast 300 gm
    Tomato paste 1 cup
    Garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
    Oregano ½ tsp
    Thyme ½ tsp
    Oil 3 tbsp
    Salt to taste 
  • Ingredients for Topping
    Mozzarella cheese 1 packet.
  • Method
    Combine ½ kg plain flour, 20 grams yeast, 20 grams white butter, 20 grams salt, 15 grams sugar and water to requirement and knead into fine dough. Place kneaded dough in a bowl and cover with plastic foil.
    For sauce and chicken, heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté 1 tbsp garlic. Then add ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp thyme, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, salt to taste, 300 grams chicken and 1 cup tomato paste. Also add ¼ cup water and allow cooking on low flame. Your sauce is ready when the texture is thick.

    Roll the prepared dough with a rolling pin and top with chicken and sauce. Use 1 packet mozzarella cheese to seal the corners. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 c for 10 to 15 minutes. Chicken Pizza Roll is ready to serve.
