Mongolian Beef Mince By Chef Zakir.

  • Mongolian Beef Mince.
  • Ingredients
    Beef mince ½ kg
    Cabbage chopped ¼ piece
    Lemon (juice) 1 whole
    Carrot 1
    Red capsicum 1
    Spring onion 2
    Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
    Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Sesame oil 1 tsp
    Vegetable oil ¼ cup
    Soya sauce 1 tbsp
    Ginger 1 medium piece
    Garlic 3 cloves
    Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Method
    • Heat oil in a wok, add 3 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 medium piece of ginger. Sauté for a few minutes.
    • Add in ½ kg mince and fry well till water dries. Then add ¼ piece of chopped cabbage, 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped capsicum and 2 chopped spring onion. Fry well for 1 – 2 minutes.
    • Add juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, salt to taste, 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp soya sauce. Mix very well.
    • Dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in a little water, add it to the mince mixture, fry very well on high flame.
    • Now remove mixture in a serving platter, serve with steamed rice or fried rice.
