Crunchi Prown By Chef Zakir.

  • Ingredients
    Prawns 300 gm
    Corn flakes 1 cup
    Egg 1
    Flour 2 tbsp
    Corn flour 2 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
    Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
    White pepper powder ¼ tsp
    Salt to taste
    Oil for fry
  • Method
    • Mark cut in centre of each prawn and open into book form.
    • Now put prawns in a bowl with 1 beaten egg, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, ¼ tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp white pepper and salt to taste, mix well and keep aside.
    • Then add 2 tbsp corn flour and 2 tbsp flour. Mix very well.
    • Coarsely crush 1 cup of corn flakes, coat each prawn with crushed corn flakes, press very well to make thick coating on each prawn.
    • Lastly shallow fry the prawns till crispy and golden brown. Remove from oil and serve.
